18% VAT is not included in the registration fees.
In order to benefit from the registration fee as a member of the association, your membership fees for 2022 - 2023must be paid.
In order to register to the In-Congress Workshops within the congress, your congress registration must be made.
It is possible to register to Pre Congress Workshops before the congress without registering to the congress.
Since there will be a quota limitation depending on the Pre Congress Workshops and In-Congress Workshops, the registrations will be made on the basis of order. You can join your 2. choice, by filling out the workshops you want to join.
Due to the limited participation of pre-congress working groups and congress registration package for undergraduate and graduate students, the quota was determined as 60 people.

To be eligible for the student rates, students are required to produce up to date documentary evidence of their status. Without this documentation, full delegate fees will be applied. Students should send necessary document via e-mail to kayit@kdt2022.org

CANCELATION

All cancellations must be notified in writing to DEKON Congress and Tourism. Cancellations that are not notified in writing will not be valid. No refunds will be made for cancellation of registration and accommodation after October 29, 2022. Please check your reservation at Dekon Congress and Tourism.
